Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TCC World, we strive to maintain a transparent ecosystem for digital operations and point reward systems. Below are the terms governing membership fee payments, cancellation pathways, and refund criteria.

Membership

Membership subscription fees (₹499) are classified as payments for instant digital service allocation. Once membership verification is complete and access is manually activated on your user account, the fees are generally non-refundable.

We highly recommend reviewing our membership privileges and technical requirements carefully before executing subscription payments.

Cancellation

You have the right to request a subscription cancellation. Cancellation request forms must be submitted through our contact channels before your actual server account is activated or validated by the administration.

Once account validation has been recorded, the profile cancellation can still be requested, but it will not trigger subscription credit recovery.

Approved Refunds

Under exceptional circumstances where transactions are verified as duplicate charges or processing occurs prior to backend profile setup, refund claims can be generated.

Once validated and approved by our finance desk, your refund payment will be issued back directly to the original payment source within 7-14 business days.
