Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our curated TCC World merchandise. To maintain high distribution quality and system transparency, we operate within the structural return policy detailed below.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are exclusively accepted for products that arrive in damaged condition, present manufacturing defects, or if an incorrect item has been shipped to your destination address.

If you receive a compromised package, please document the physical condition with a photograph upon opening and contact our help desk.

Return Request Timeline

Eligible return or exchange requests must be filed through our contact form within 7 calendar days of the recorded parcel delivery date.

Any requests filed beyond this 7-day structural window will not be eligible for review or item replacement.

Condition Requirements

Products submitted for replacement or credit recovery must remain completely unused, in their original packaging, with tags and seals uncompromised.

We perform manual verification checks on returned goods to ensure they conform to original manufacturing conditions before approving an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom-printed merchandise, personalized accessories, and special limited-edition community rewards are not eligible for standard returns or style exchanges unless a processing defect is validated.
